The drop-in art studio allows children to explore many different types of art, changing their sensory activity weekly to keep things fresh and exciting. This sounds like a great place to seriously engage in play and get lost in the world of art!
One Axe Pursuits
Hop in the car for a few minutes and you’ll find One Axe Pursuits! Located at 24 Henderson St in Elora One Axe Pursuits is for the all the adventurers out there. Step out of your comfort zone and learn to zipline, ice climb or rappel! While these activities are geared towards older children, there are programs for beginners. Burn off all that pent up energy and spend some time exploring the outdoors in Elora (which just so happens to be a beautiful town!).
Guelph Public Library
The library is always a great place to visit. The Guelph Public Library is located at 100 Norfolk Street, offering many programs for kids and teens. Not only that, there is access to homework help, computers, ebooks and a kids club! Children can also enjoy an assortment of puzzles, toys, board games and colouring pages. There is so much to do at our local library that you’ll find a few hours have gone by in no time.
